Every figure behind this estimate is a published 2026 India benchmark, adjusted down to a realistic small-business range — not the best-case number an ad platform's own marketing likes to quote.
Your budget divided by a realistic cost-per-click range for your industry and channel — sourced from 2026 India ad-cost benchmarks, not global averages.
A conservative click-to-lead conversion range for a reasonably well-built landing page — form fills, calls or WhatsApp enquiries.
We apply the same 70–90% relevant-leads factor we publish for our own Google Ads management, so wrong numbers and spam aren't counted as real enquiries.
An 8–10% closing rate — a conservative figure for a business that follows up quickly and properly, not a promise specific to any one business.

How accurate is this calculator?
It's a planning estimate, not a guarantee. The ranges are built from published 2026 India cost-per-click and conversion benchmarks by industry, then adjusted down to a realistic small-business range rather than the best-case numbers agencies sometimes advertise. Your actual results depend heavily on your landing page quality, offer, creative and how tightly the campaign is managed.
Why does it show a range instead of one number?
Because a single number would be dishonest. Cost per click and conversion rate both vary — even within the same industry, a well-built landing page can convert two to three times better than a weak one. The range reflects a realistic low and high scenario for a reasonably well-run campaign, not the absolute best or worst case.
What does the 70–90% 'relevant leads' factor mean?
Not every click that fills a form or messages you is a real, qualified enquiry — some are wrong numbers, spam, or people outside your service area. We apply the same 70–90% relevant-leads target we publish for our own Google Ads management, so the estimate isn't inflated by counting junk leads as real ones.
Where does the 8–10% closing rate come from?
It's a conservative, commonly-cited small-business closing rate for inbound leads that are followed up on quickly and properly — not a promise specific to your business. Businesses with a strong sales process and fast follow-up often do better; slow or inconsistent follow-up usually does worse.
Can I get a more accurate number for my specific business?
Yes — this calculator uses industry-wide ranges because it has no visibility into your specific offer, price point, service area or competition. Talk to us with those specifics and we can give a tighter, more informed estimate before you commit a budget.
Send us your budget, industry and city. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic and what a properly managed account could do for you.
